I've started deconstructing some leather jackets I've had lying around for years and have no intention of ever wearing. I'm going to be making some nifty things out of the leather and bits and notions that I have lazing about doing me and no one no good.

With any luck the first project will be some leather hair flowers. I think I can make some groovy patterns and put them together. Sew 'em up with some heavy-weight fishing line, cover them in beads and buttons, make some no-slip grip clips (love how that rolls off the tongue) and viola! Someone will look fly.

Now, if only I could get you people to actually visit my...
